How long does it take for pregnancy symptoms to go away after a mc?

On May 16th i took a home pregnancy test and it came out positive. On May 25th i was expirencing brown spotting, then the next day the 26th red blood. I was admitted to my doctors the same day and was told to expect to miscarry. A week and a half later, I took another home test and it came back negtive. I have posted questions after my loss, but now have a new question? It is now June 28th, and i got my period 3 days ago. It was almost perfect timing for my cycle, but is already gone. normally my period lasts around 6 days, but this time was only 3.. I was about 6 weeks along when i miscarried, so my question is how long does it take to lose the symptoms? symptoms that i didnt even have prior to finding out i was pregnant in the first place.. I called my doctors nurse line today during my lunch break and they scheduled me for an apt in a few days, but they have me nervous. They said its a chance my babys tissues havent passed completely resulting in my symptoms and short period. (symptoms are sore breast and tired even after a long nights rest). We have had sex a few times since my miscarriage, but this couldnt be implantion bleeding, right? isnt that normally very light? this period was normal 'flow' but just short. I have also taken 2 tests in the past week and both have came out neg. Im just looking for a bit of piece of mind. My apt isnt until Tuesday of next week!
