3rd interview at hooters tomorrow?

I recently applied at Hooters, actually it was a week ago. I came in and filled out my app. and got to talk to a manager person after that. He scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview was with a guy (not the same one). He gave me a second interview that was today with a lady. The lady today gave me another interview for tomorrow with a different girl. Is this normal? Why am I on my third interview?
