WTF is wrong with the manager?

So one day recently I applied online to a fast food restaurant. Surprisingly, the next day the manager calls to schedule an appointment. I go to the interview and he says all these good things like yeah I'll definitly get you some hours and come back in on not this coming monday but next monday. He never tells me the time because he said he would call. So I've been trying to reach him and its always another manager. So today is the day Im supposed to be going and I call and a lady picks up. I ask for the manager and she says its her. Then I told her what happened and she goes and talks to him. Then she tells me the position has already been filled. WTFFFFF Im pissed. I got all ready too! WTFFFF wouldn't you be mad?
