2002 honda 400/416ex jetting?

I recently got my 400ex bored and rebuilt to a 416, it has a pro circuit t4 slip, and uni air filter, it fires right up and runs good, i was recently riding it for a period of time and it started to smoke when i would initially hit the throttle, it has had only around 4-5 tanks of fuel throough it, it doesnt smoke any other time than this, it never did this before i got it rebuilt, it still has the stock jetting in which i just ordered a dyno jet kit for it, i need help resolving the problem and on what i should run for jets, it has wiseco 11:1 comp piston
