800cc Injectors. Are They Too Much?

I'm not stupid. I understand that if the internal parts on the engine are stock, the turning the boost up past 8 psi will put a piston rod through my hood. Here's the thing: I don't know if the internal parts of this 95' civic ex with vtec has too much power putting into it. It has 800cc injectors, a t3/t4 turbo on it and a walboro fuel pump. Cranking that psi will blow the engine if it can;t handle it, but does the 800cc on a 4 cylinder civic seem a little excessive? And don;t tell me I'm stupid for this, it's not my car.
